Abendmusik is a new series of concerts for Galway, presented by Music for Galway and Galway 2020. This is the first concert in the series, postponed from June. Jochen Kupfer has been replaced by Gyula Nagy. This concert will be live streamed online due to the coronavirus restrictions.

Interspersed with these groups of songs, Resurgam under Mark Duley will perform choral works by Bach, Schütz, Lassus and an improvisation on “Through a glass, darkly”, a line from the fourth Brahms Serious Song .
